The company experienced change at the top office as Mr Kassim Hajji Abdinoor handed over reign to the new sheriff Mr. Suleiman Ibrahim Roba on 8th, June 2023. The ceremony which was held at Mandera County Government's Ministry of Water, Mandera, was overseen by Mr. Mohamed Omar, the CECM Water, Energy, Environment and Natural Resources and his Chief Officer Eng.
